Educational Qualifications:-
The candidates are required to show the details of the Company Secretary qualification in the application form of the RITES Limited for the Junior Manager posts. The applicants should have an experience of a minimum of two years in the same field.
Selection Procedure:-
The RITES Limited will judge the candidates based on the following scheme; Technical and Professional proficiency – 25 %; Personality Communication and Competency – 10%.
- Criteria 1: Experience – 5%
- Criteria 2: Written Test – 60%
- Criteria 3: Interview – 35%
